SimuNet Early Access Unify every connector in the new SimuNet App and keep your crews in sync.

Connector Command Center

Link every simulator with the SimuNet App

The SimuNet App is your connection to the SimuNet network. Functioning as SimuNet's "ACARS" platform, the app transmits critical information from your simulator to our network to ensure you receive credit for the jobs you do while also powering the global SimuNet economy.

SimuNet aircraft, truck, and maritime nodes interconnected across a digital map.
All connectors feed the same persistent SimuNet economy.

Microsoft Flight Simulator

Flights, pax/cargo, fuel, on‑time metrics. Managed as an in‑app module.

Euro Truck Simulator 2

Job events, cargo class, damage. Managed as an in‑app module.

Next up

American Truck Simulator, Farming Simulator, OMSI 2, X‑Plane — enabled via downloadable modules in the app.

Built for each simulator

Each module in the SimuNet App is tailored to the sim it supports. We ship production‑ready connectors based on the standalone utilities we use internally.

  • MSFS telemetry via SimConnect — position, altitude, heading, bank, airspeed, fuel burn, and more, converted to SimuNet units.
  • ETS2 contract injector that rewrites a quick job in your save with the exact SimuNet assignment (backups included).
  • Session IDs persist across launches so long hauls stitch into a single report.

SimuNet App modules manage every connector and keep sessions authenticated.

Quick Start upon Early Access Launch

  1. Download the SimuNet App
  2. Sign in once with your SimuNet account
  3. Enable modules for the sims you play
  4. Launch your sim (after the app) and Verify in Dashboard → Connected Sims

MSFS uses SimConnect; ETS2 uses the telemetry SDK. The app auto‑detects both and prompts for extra SDK steps if we can’t connect automatically.

Unified manager

One installer, per‑sim modules, automatic updates, and background service mode.

Auto‑detect & setup

Finds installed sims, checks SDK/telemetry, and suggests fixes.

Offline queue

Stores events safely if you disconnect; syncs when back online.

Performance controls

Adjust poll rate per sim; lightweight capture under 1–2% CPU typical.

Logs & diagnostics

Live event log, exportable diagnostics, and session signing status.

Overlays (beta)

Optional in‑sim overlay for status and job summaries (supports MSFS, ETS2).

What we capture

The connector sends only the data required to settle jobs in the economy. Typical payloads include:

  • Flight frames — latitude/longitude, altitude, airspeed, pitch/bank, on-ground flags.
  • Haul telemetry — cargo ID, origin/destination depots, trailer damage, estimated ETA.
  • Job metadata — session IDs, platform tags, module version, and optional debug logs.

Frames are buffered locally first. If you go offline, we keep up to 12 hours of history and sync when you reconnect.

Local controls

Inside Dashboard → Connected Sims you can pause individual modules, export diagnostic bundles, or enable developer mode to see every payload before it ships.

  • Poll rates configurable from 0.5–5 Hz
  • Optional GUI launcher for MSFS module
  • Command-line flags mirror environment variables for operators

How it works

The connector reads trusted sim data, signs the session, and ships compact events to SimuNet where they update your profile and the economy.

  • Local Listener (SDK / telemetry / logs)
  • Session Signing bound to your account
  • Secure Uplink over HTTPS
  • Economy Engine clears and settles rewards

Privacy & security

Local‑first capture

Only gameplay events are sent — never keystrokes or screen.

Encrypted transport

TLS 1.2+ with rotating keys for signed sessions.

Fraud checks

Route sanity, duplicate events, clock drift, tamper flags.

Troubleshooting

No data showing
  • Connector is Running and you are Signed In
  • Run a quick test (taxi in MSFS, accept a short ETS2 job)
  • Check Dashboard → Event Log for last payload
High CPU or stutters

Lower poll rate to 1–2 Hz (Settings → Performance).

Firewall prompts

Allow outbound HTTPS for simunet.co.

For developers

  • Webhook events for company bots and dispatch tools
  • Read‑only API for profiles, companies, routes, and telemetry history
  • Sandbox with fake jobs for UI development
  • Connector SDK with typed payloads and session signing helpers
