Information we collect

When you request early-access updates or use the SimuNet App, we collect the information you provide directly such as your name, email address, simulator preferences, and telemetry necessary to settle jobs. We also gather limited technical data including IP address, device type, and diagnostic logs to operate the service.

How we use your data

We use contact details to send pre-launch updates, product announcements, and operational messages. Telemetry data is processed to score contracts, maintain economy balance, and improve product performance. We never sell personal information and only share data with vendors who help us run the platform (for example, email delivery providers).

Retention

Signup records are kept while you remain opted-in to updates. Telemetry logs are retained for up to 18 months for auditing before being anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message or by contacting support@simunet.co. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it entirely.

International transfers

SimuNet operates primarily from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. where data protection laws may differ.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as we expand the platform. We will notify subscribers of significant changes and update the “Effective” date above. Continued use of SimuNet after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
