Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in SimuNet early access and capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Organizations may authorize employees or contractors to access SimuNet on their behalf.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify SimuNet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of SimuNet, attempt to access systems without authorization, or use the service to violate applicable laws. SimuNet may suspend access for activity that jeopardizes the network or other participants.
Early-access software
SimuNet connectors and dashboards may include experimental features. They are provided “as is” and may change without notice. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve stability and usability.
Data rights
By submitting telemetry to SimuNet, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display that data to operate the economy. You retain all rights to your content and may request deletion according to the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimuNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to SimuNet in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero for early access).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SimuNet evolves. We will notify registered users before material changes take effect. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
